Jack leverages his government sector experience to provide his clients insight and counsel into the inner workings of the government agencies with which they collaborate, helping them understand and avoid the pitfalls associated with working with government officials as well as other contractors when executing government contract provisions. Jack’s practice centers assisting clients with all aspects of their business transactions including the identification and protection of intellectual property whether that is with the government, a prime or a subcontractor.
Jack’s practice of law encompasses experience in engineering, aviation, government service and business. As a fighter pilot in the U. S. Air Force Jack gained operational peacetime and combat experience as well as extensive experience in Air Force Space Command, both at Headquarters as well as the National Security Space Institute. Jack’s background in engineering and his legal understanding enabled him to bridge the gap between technical and policy domains at the National Security Space Community. With broad international law, policy and strategy skills, coupled with subject matter expertise in over 65 subject areas Jack conceived, developed, and executed the capstone Space Professional course at the National Security Space Institute.
Jack is a three-time Top Gun of the Quarter winner in the F-117A and is the founding architect and Director, Space 300, the capstone course for DOD space professionals. As interim Chief, Cyber Programs, at HQ AFSPC and the Air Force’s fiscal programmer responsible for migrating and consolidating Air Force cyber missions Jack possesses a unique insight into governmental cyber programs. Jack, his wife and two daughters reside in Colorado.
